Morisawa becomes Arphic’s agent in Japan
[October. 1th, 2011] Morisawa, the largest font software company, announced to acquire the font department of Ryobi. Ryobi had been one of Arphic’s font agents in Japan before the acquisition, and the business will be transferred to Morisawa. Morisawa will continue to provide services of consultant, integration and sales of font business.
Morisawa was established in 1947, the capital has reached 11.4 billion Japanese Yan in 2010. Molisawa has 255 employees and 9 operating subsidiaries in Japan.
